Yes! all window cleanings come with a complimentary screen cleaning. It's no good having your windows cleaned only to look through dirty screens!
I utilize an OSHA compliant safety line and harness system while on two story roofs, and my ladders are specially modified to protect me and your home while I work. I have extensive training and experience on a wide variety of roofs and surfaces.
Track detailing is an additional service charge. I utilize a shop vacuum, detailing brush and soap to remove grime and dirt from all the tracks. If you're interested in getting track cleaning as part of your service, I can provide a separate quote which includes track cleaning. Track cleaning is included in my Premium Window cleaning package.
I take the utmost care to protect the property of my clients. In the unfortunate event that any property is damage, my work is insured with a $1 million general liability coverage to insure your home is protected.
I wear shoe coverings when entering a home, and use a drop towel to protect your floor and furniture. On the exterior is use ladders that are modified for safety and damage prevention. I always park my work van away from a clients property on public streets. Property protection is my number one priority.
Depending on the state of a screen or window I may be unable to clean it without damaging it further. They are often fragile, in these cases I will let you know where and how I found the damage, and discuss with you directly how to move forward. Prior to starting work I will asses windows for damage and explain any deficiencies during my walk around.
I do not provide repair or installation of any of the products I clean. I am however knowledgeable on the products I service and can assist in making recommendations for your homes needs.
Depending on your chosen package I clean inside and outside, as well as complimentary screen cleaning for all packages. Track detailing and skylights are additional services. Check the "Our services" page for further details
Contrary to popular belief, rain does not sufficiently clean solar panels. A brush is needed to disturb dirt, grime and moss that builds up on the glass and bakes on with heat from the sun. Panels generate less electricity when they are dirty.
Yes, cleaning is safe for the panels. I use a soft, glass safe brush and our regions municipal water supply is purified to the point that it is safe to use on solar panels. Solar panel cleaning is only unsafe if you use high pressure, caustic chemicals or heavily impure water (well water or dirty water)
Some gutters drain to pipes underground that can become easily blocked with debris. For that reason I may only be able clean gutters and downspouts above the ground. If pressurized hose water cannot dislodge an underground clog, hiring a plumbing service may be necessary
I love working in the rain. In the event that working conditions become unsafe however, I will reschedule work to a later day at no cost to the client.
